This 21 year old, 5'0" 128 lb female scheduled a consultation with board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Francesco Campanile because she was unhappy with her breast appearance. Oftentimes, women with little breast tissue feel self-conscious about their breast size. 

After scheduling a consultation and discussing her options with Dr. Campanile, she decided to move forward with breast augmentation surgery. Dr. Campanile performed this breast augmentation using 380cc high profile breast implants, placing them under the muscle. He was very careful to create a gentle slope from the collar bone to the nipple, giving the patient's breasts a very natural appearance. 

This patient is shown here approximately 4 months after surgery. She is very happy with her results and feels more confident about how her breasts look.
