Women with small amounts of breast tissue often feel that having larger breasts would make them feel more feminine and confident. This patient came to Denver plastic surgeon Dr. Francesco Campanile for just this reason; she wanted fuller and larger breasts.

After reviewing this patient's case, Dr. Campanile recommended breast augmentation surgery. As you can see before her surgery, this patient had little existing breast tissue. Oftentimes, breast augmentation surgery is difficult when this is the case because there is less tissue to mask the implant and make it look natural. However, with 17 years of experience, Dr. Campanile was able to achieve just that. After surgery, this patient's breasts look very natural with an elegant contour running from the collar bone all the way to the nipple.
