Dr. Francesco Campanile performed a breast augmentation on this patient. Originally, she came to him because she wanted fuller breasts. This lack of breast tissue is common in women who are older or who have breastfed.

Dr. Campanile reviewed this woman's case and recommended breast augmentation surgery. As you can see before, her breast lacked fullness and were slightly saggy. With breast augmentation surgery, you can see that the implants not only made her breasts fuller, but also lifted the breast simultaneously. By using a decent sized, high profile implant, patients who have a 'pseudo' sagging issue can sometimes benefit from this lift effect from the implant, and avoid a formal breast lift. Breast lifts often involve more significant scars, which this patient wanted to avoid. 

The patient is shown here approximately 3 months after surgery. She is very happy with her results, and feels more confident than ever with how her breasts look.
