This 27 year old, 5'1" 105 lb female scheduled a consultation with Dr. Francesco Campanile because, she was unhappy with her breast appearance. Oftentimes, women with asymmetrical breasts feel self-conscious about their appearance and feel the need to conceal them when choosing what clothes to wear.

After discussing her options with Dr. Campanile, they decided that in order to achieve symmetrical breasts she needed both a breast augmentation and breast lift surgery. Dr. Campanile performed a breast lift on the left side only, and then a performed a breast augmentation on both breasts. He used a 280cc silicone implant on the left, and a 375cc silicone implant on the right. The result was significantly more symmetry of the left and right breasts.

This patient is shown here approximately 2 months post-op. She is very happy with her result and feels more confident about how her breasts look.
