Case #260

This patient sought the expert opinion of Denver plastic surgeon, Dr. Francesco Campanile for her breast surgery revision. The 42 year old, 5'6 & 142lb patient had a breast augmentation about 20 years ago by a different doctor. She had saline implants and wanted to switch over to silicone gel. She also wanted more full, perky looking breasts. 

After discussing all of her desires with Dr. Campanile, he determined she would be a candidate for an internal breast lift and implant exchange. Dr. Campanile removed the saline implants and closed off part of the lateral pocket to decrease it's size before inserting silicone gel implants. The patient also wanted slightly larger implants than her last set.

The patient is shown here one year after surgery. She is very happy that Dr. Campanile achieved her goal of natural looking, full, perky breasts.
